45% Vermentino, 45% White Sauvignon, 10% White Grenache and Roussanne, depending on the vintage. Rearing in tank. These varieties are used for their natural freshness, aromatic intensity and their acidity.

Tasting

The colour is pale with sheen of green. The nose is expressive, impulsive, exotic (pineapple and lime), the mouth very invigorating, a good length on white fruits (pear) and balsamic notes (lemon thyme).

Fillets of sea bass with lemon ice, shellfishes with cream, goat cheese
